Many initiatives move forward without a formal change manager. Change-related work is often shared across project leads, managers, and subject matter experts, alongside their day-to-day responsibilities. In these situations, it can be hard to see who is covering what, or whether the most important people and leadership considerations are being addressed at all.The project may seem straightforward, but it still means that people will need to do something differently for it be successful — whether it involves a service or process change, a system or digital implementation, a reorganization, a new way of working, or the introduction of AI-enabled tools. There is often pressure to keep moving, with little opportunity to pause and check whether readiness, leadership responsibilities, and impacts are being considered in a proportionate way.The Stillpoint Change Review creates that pause, without slowing the project down. It is designed for organizations and teams leading change without dedicated change management capacity — common in public-sector environments, not-for-profits, and small to mid-sized organizations. It is most useful at moments where responsibility is clear, decisions are approaching, and there is a need for confidence that key change considerations have been thoughtfully reviewed before moving forward.
